Sessions, not just page views
A session is one visit with no gap of 30 minutes or more. Conversion rate is conversions divided by sessions.
Analytics
Visitors, conversions and conversion rate for every page, by day, source, device and country. Each figure comes with a plain-language note on how it is counted and what it leaves out.

See visitors, views, sessions, conversions and conversion rate over the last 7, 28 or 90 days, or any range up to 400 days, with a day-by-day chart and a table version of it. Your dashboard compares the last seven full days with the seven before.
Break a page’s traffic down by source, referrer, UTM source, medium, campaign, term or content, device, browser, operating system, country, region or landing path. Conversions are broken down by source, referrer, device, country, UTM source and UTM campaign.
Every analytics screen links to How we count, a page that defines a view, a session, a visitor, a conversion and a lead, and says what is left out. Known bots and prefetches are never counted, and neither are previews from the builder.
Analytics tools disagree. These are the choices BoltLander makes, so you can explain them.
A session is one visit with no gap of 30 minutes or more. Conversion rate is conversions divided by sessions.
A rate based on fewer than 100 sessions is shown, and marked as too thin to read much into.
Rates are cut to two decimals instead of rounded up, and a page that counts every occurrence shows no rate at all.
Filtered bots, excluded views and views from browsers that ask not to be tracked are counted and shown under each page’s numbers.
No address is stored with a visit. The trade-off is that one person cannot be followed from one day to the next.
Days are whole days in your workspace’s reporting time zone, the same days your leads are listed by.
Analytics count visits to published pages. Previews and builder sessions are never counted.
Choose what counts as a conversion on the page. Without one, the page shows no conversion rate.
Open Analytics for the whole workspace, or a page’s own analytics for sources, devices and countries.
Nearly. Visits are recorded the moment they happen and added up every few minutes. Each screen says “Data through” the last moment that has been added up, so you always know how fresh the numbers are.
Different tools count different things. BoltLander counts views at the edge as it serves your page, drops known bots, prefetches and prerenders, and works out rates per session rather than per click, so our views can be lower than an ad platform’s clicks. The How we count page lists every difference.
No cookie is set to count visitors or sessions. A visitor is recognised for one day by a code made from scrambled network and browser details mixed with a secret that changes daily, so someone who returns on three days counts three times in Visitors.
Yes. Invite them as a Viewer. A Viewer can see pages and results, cannot change anything, and does not see your leads.
Not yet. A/B testing is coming soon. Today you can compare your pages in one table, and break any page’s results down by source, device or country.
Not yet. Integrations, webhooks and an API are coming soon. For now, the analytics screens are where your numbers live.
Publish a page and the numbers start filling in, each one explained.
