Workspaces inside an organisation
An organisation can hold several workspaces, each with its own members, pages, brand and leads. Owners and organisation admins can reach every workspace.
Teams and permissions
Invite teammates and clients with a role that fits, require approval before pages go live, and see who changed what in the activity feed.

Invite people by email and choose a role for the workspace. Admins have full control. Editors build, edit and publish pages and campaigns. Marketers run campaigns, forms and leads, and publish. Designers own the design system and blocks. Analysts read everything and export leads. Viewers see pages and results.
Switch on the approval requirement in workspace settings. Someone submits the draft, an admin approves it or sends it back with a reason, and the page can only be published while the approved version is current. Nobody approves their own submission.
The activity feed lists changes across the workspace: pages created, updated, moved, archived or deleted, campaigns, members invited, joined, removed or given a new role, and more. Each entry keeps the person’s name as it was at the time, so history still reads correctly after someone is renamed or removed.

Build a role from individual permissions when a standard one does not fit. You can only give permissions you hold yourself.
Only roles with lead access see who filled in a form. Designers and Viewers do not.
Give one member access to a single page, to see it or to edit it, with an end date.
Teammates are notified in the app when leads arrive, when a scheduled page publishes and when a new member joins.
A page has one editor at a time. Everyone else sees a read-only copy, with a way to ask to take over.
A Viewer can look at pages and their results but cannot change anything. Viewers do not see leads or workspace usage, which makes the role a good fit for a client.
Workspace admins, Editors and Marketers. Designers, Analysts and Viewers cannot. If your workspace requires approval, a page also needs an approved review before it can go live.
No. One person edits a page at a time, so nobody overwrites anyone else. Others see a read-only copy and can ask to take over.
Yes. The activity feed lists changes across the workspace and names the person who made each one. It is visible to people whose role includes the audit log permission, such as workspace admins.
Yes. Share a page with a member of the workspace from the page screen and choose whether they can see it or edit it. You can set an end date, and they see nothing else unless their role already allows it.
Not yet. Comments and inviting outside reviewers are coming soon. Today a page can be submitted for review, and an admin approves it or sends it back with a reason.
Create a workspace, invite the people who need to be there, and give each one the right role.
