The problem: client work gets tangled

Running many clients in one account makes it easy to mix up pages, share the wrong lead list or give a freelancer access to more than they need.

  • Access that is too wide

A contractor working on one client should not see the others.

  • Brands that blur together

Each client has its own colours and type, and they need to stay separate.

  • Leads that belong to someone

A client’s sign-ups are theirs, and you need to be able to find and erase them on request.

What you can do today

  • An organisation with a workspace per client

The organisation page lists every client workspace you can reach, with the client name and status, and opens each one in a click.

    • One workspace per client
    • Organisation members and plan usage in one place
    • Per-client figures live in each workspace
  • Roles and invitations

Invite people with the role they need, either to every workspace or only to the clients they work on. Changes are recorded in an activity log.

  • Brand tokens per client

Set each client’s colours, type and spacing once in their workspace, and every page follows.

  • The same tools for every client

The builder, forms and leads inbox with email alerts, analytics, goals and campaigns, and publishing and scheduling work the same in every workspace.

  • Privacy requests across the organisation

Erase every lead sent from one email address across the organisation’s workspaces, in one step.

From idea to live page

  1. Step 1: Give the client a workspace

Keep each client in a workspace of its own and invite the people who work on it.

  2. Step 2: Set the brand and build

Add the client’s tokens, build the page and connect a form.

  3. Step 3: Publish and report

Publish or schedule it, then read visitors, conversions and leads in that workspace.

Frequently asked questions

How does BoltLander separate one client from another?

Your agency is an organisation, and each client gets its own workspace. Pages, leads, brand tokens and team members belong to that workspace, so one client’s work does not mix with another’s.

What does the organisation view show?

A list of every client workspace you can reach, with client names and status, plus the organisation’s members and its plan usage. Figures such as visitors and leads are per workspace today, so you open a client’s workspace to see them.

Can a contractor see only one client?

Yes. People can be invited to specific workspaces only, and the organisation members screen shows who reaches every workspace and who reaches only the ones they were invited to.

Can I erase a person’s leads across all my clients?

The organisation privacy screen lets you erase every lead sent from an email address across the organisation’s workspaces. Check each client’s own data obligations first.

Is there client billing or white-labelling?

Not today. Billing is on the roadmap, and nothing here lets you invoice clients or remove BoltLander branding.
